YOUR PERSONAL DECISION TO INVEST

YOU ARE NOT COVERED BY THE UK’s FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME OR ANY OTHER REGULATORY BODY
When your capital is lent to a borrower it is not covered by the UK’s Financial Services Compensation Scheme or any other regulatory body.

LOSS OF INVESTMENT
The bonds are secured against a pool of assets (UK property) up to 75% of the valuation. We mitigate the risk to the Bondholders by diversifying the investments and limiting the loan to value. We stress test the loans against historic data / property cycles to ensure investors are adequately protected. However, in the highly unlikely event of a +30% housing market crash (ie significantly worse than historic market crashes) then the 100% investor protection will be invoked and bondholders will receive 100% of their capital back at maturity.

LIQUIDITY
As an investor you should be aware that no established market exists for the trading of the bonds and such bonds are not easily realisable. It must be appreciated that there could be difficulty in selling such investments at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be difficult to sell them at any price. We strongly recommend that you only invest in the bonds if you do not need access to the money until the bond matures.

DIVERSIFY YOUR PORTFOLIO
We highly recommend investors to maintain a balanced portfolio. Diversification by spreading your money across different types of investments should reduce your overall risk. Investors should only invest a proportion of their available investment funds in bonds being offered on this Website due to the high risks involved.
